Do I need an account to start?
No. You can create a mitigation plan as a guest. Guest access lasts seven days in this browser. Register before guest access expires, or before you switch devices or clear browser data, to keep access to your workspace.
Can I use it with my team?
Yes. Register and sign in to invite people to your workspace. Use administrator, coordinator, responder, and viewer roles to share the work and define who can change it.
What is included for free?
Guest planning, read-only viewers, and personal recovery stay free. Registering to preserve your own workspace and return across devices does not require a paid subscription. Shared Response and Team use is paid from the day it starts; we’ll arrange payment later, including that earlier use.
Will I be billed for using it now?
Yes, for paid shared Response and Team use. You can continue the mitigation without checking out now. We’ll arrange payment with your workspace owner later, and the bill will include paid use from the day it started, including before payment setup was complete. Guest planning, read-only viewers, and personal recovery remain free.
What counts as a contributor?
Someone who can change the workspace: an administrator, coordinator, or responder. Read-only viewers are free. A response is one mitigation plan, which can cover multiple affected projects. Response pricing is €5 per contributor for that response; Team pricing is monthly and includes 10 contributors, with each extra contributor at €3/month.
Is this only for security vulnerabilities?
No. Use Miticol for security issues, operational risks, or any response that needs investigation, coordinated actions, temporary protections, and a verified outcome. A plan does not need a CVE number.
Does Miticol apply the fixes?
Your team carries out and verifies the changes. Miticol keeps the scope, responsibilities, decisions, and supporting evidence together so the response is easier to coordinate.
